Referral options
Using Systm1 or Emis Web
The referral goes straight to our secure nhs.net inbox and we will call your patient and triage.
Eligibility
Individuals are eligible for this service if they meet the following criteria:
- Live, work, study or be registered with a GP in Hampshire.
- 12 years and over.
- Currently use tobacco products (eg. cigarettes/shisha) or nicotine products, eg vapes.
Train with us for free
Join us for training to deliver smoking cessation and Very Brief Advice (VBA) support to your service users. We offer a range of courses to suit your schedule and needs.
Partner with us for 'Swap to Stop'
Swap to Stop is a national initiative that helps people quit smoking by offering free vape kits alongside specialist behavioural support. Download our information pack or contact us for more information.
Working with pharmacies
We aim to work together with local pharmacies across Hampshire, offering fully funded training to National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training (NCSCT) Level 2. Get in touch if you would like to find out more.
