Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- Some images that should have alt text do not have text descriptions. There is also a map on the Find support near you page which does not have text alternatives. This fails WCAG 1.1.1 Non-text Content (A).
- Some pages do not have H1 headings, and the Privacy Notice and Complaints and feedback pages are missing heading structure. This fails WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (A).
- There are contrast issues on the sign up page for reminder text and error messages. This fails WCAG 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) (AA).
- Pages do not support enlargement of visually rendered text, including controls and labels using text. This fails WCAG 1.4.4 Resize text (AA).
- Navigation content experiences clipping at higher magnification. This fails WCAG 1.4.10 Reflow (AA).
- The FAQ accordions are not accessible to keyboard. This fails WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard (A).
- The carousel on several pages autoplays and there are no controls to stop it. This fails WCAG 2.2.2 Pause, Stop, Hide (A).
- Some links across the platform are either duplicated or missing descriptive text. This fails WCAG 2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context) (A).
- The Burger menu does not trap focus or close when a user leaves the menu. This means that some page content is obscured by the menu when focussed. This fails WCAG 2.4.11 Focus Not Obscured (Minimum) (AA).
