Currently Champix is unavailable, however, there are lots of other stop smoking aids available to you, such as nicotine replacement therapy and medications. Your stop smoking mentor will work with you to find the most suitable stop smoking aid for you.

Yes, we offer sessions daytimes, evenings and weekends.

Your stop smoking mentor will monitor how you’re getting on with the products and they can be adjusted in quantity or swapped for another product at any point while you’re with Smokefree Hampshire.

Your stop smoking mentor will work with you to set a quit date, ideally within 2 weeks of your first appointment. The Smokefree Hampshire programme runs for 12 weeks, but by 12 weeks you should be well into your life as a non-smoker.

Our 12 week course of nicotine replacement therapy is designed to gradually reduce the amount of nicotine you are using. By the end of the 12 week course you would be using either no nicotine at all, or a minimal amount which will make taking the next step to becoming nicotine free that much easier to adjust to.
